Treatment Description

A Therapeutic Somatic Flow session will take you on a bespoke journey to deeper connection, expansion and pleasure in your body. Using movement, self-touch practices, breath and voice work, you can expect to feel more invigorated, grounded, spacious, and with greater capacity for the everyday ups and downs of your life after just one session. Note: This work is best experienced over time as it often takes time, patience and practice to truly experience the full impact of this work. However, you are welcome to come for a once off session to see if it's for you.
